Plan an Event

Georgetown Event Management Services (GEMS) is delighted to help you plan your upcoming campus event. Our office manages formal, informal, outdoor as well as advertising resources such as table and banner reservations. All of our spaces can be reserved through the Georgetown University Room/Space System. 

Authorized Student Groups 
Affiliated student organizations with Access to Benefits must use their credentials to reserve GEMS-managed space. This information can be retrived from the group's advisor. Access the online reservation system here.

Staff and Faculty
A valid NetID is required for staff and faculty to access the online reservation system. First time users will automatically receive an account upon initial log on to the online reservation system. Accounts can be linked to multiple offices or departments as needed. Access the online reservation system here

It is recommended that an office account be created for departments that hosts multiple events. This will provide the flexibility of allowing multiple users to access one account and view all of the reservations, without compromising individual account security. External Clients
All external inquiries, should be emailed directly to GEMS. Georgetown University reserves the right to determine if the event is appropriate to the mission of the university. External clients may not submit requests via our online system.
