Space Rental Fees

General Notes

  • Rates below are for space rental only; all equipment charges are in addition to space rental rates.
  • Commencement and New Student Orientation events are excluded from this rate table.
  • All spaces are subject to a $100 minimum fee if misused. The amount may increase with type and scope of misuse.
  • Any changes, additions, or cancellations to a reservation or any associated equipment must be made a minimum of 4 business days prior to the event. You will be liable for all applicable charges within 4 business days of your event.
  • A $50 non-cancellation fee is applicable for reservations with discounted rental fees if the cancellation is not received within four business days prior to the event date.
  • Cancelation policy can be found here.
  • Student Organizations are defined as organizations run by Georgetown students with Access to Benefits. This does not include individual students, groups without access to benefits, groups from other schools, or those whose primary affiliation with the university is staff, AAP or faculty.
  • Internal Clients are defined as active staff, AAP, faculty, and any unit of the university. Payment for Internal Clients is made via university worktags.
  • External Clients – Please contact us for information on rates.
