Summer Conferences With Housing
Our Conference Housing colleagues are the first point of contact for summer conference requests. They can create a central contract with the university that will house your housing, activity space, classrooms, and dining hall swipes in one convenient invoice. GEMS works with the Summer Housing Team to manage daytime activity space across the university. Contact Conference Housing at conferencehousingATgeorgetown.edu.
Summer Conferences Without Housing
For summer conferences who only need daytime activity space, please email us directly at the email listed below or at summereventsATgeorgetown.edu. GEMS’ Summer Events team will coordinate all the space you need. Our request process generally starts the first Monday of April prior to the Summer.
