The banner must be approved by GEMS. GEMS will reach out to request a digital copy while processing your request.
GEMS will confirm your request via email.
You must submit a work order via facilities.georgetown.edu to have your banner hung. A confirmation from GEMS is required. Detailed instructions will be provided in your confirmation email.
To submit your work order click the blue button “Submit A Service Request.”
You must transport the banner to Work Management in B-24 Harbin no later than 2 p.m. the Friday before the beginning of your reservation .
You must pick up your banner no later than 12 p.m. the Tuesday following the end of your reservation. If you do not pick up your banner, it will be disposed of.
Banners should be for the purpose of marketing events or formal university programs. Any banner hung in Red Square must include the name of the sponsoring organization.
